I founded Rodeme Consulting on a simple belief that transformation should deliver real business outcomes, not just presentations.
Over two decades working across India, the United States, and Europe, I saw a recurring gap where leaders knew what they wanted to achieve, but execution struggled to keep pace. The issue wasn’t intent or effort; it was how businesses were designed to operate at scale.
Rodeme exists to close that gap by aligning profit, cash, and control so that growth doesn’t outpace execution. We build performance systems that endure under pressure, not short-lived initiatives.
Drawing on experience across global consulting, operating roles, and large-scale transformations, Rodeme works selectively and remains personally involved from diagnosis through execution because lasting results require ownership, not just oversight.
