I started Rodeme Consulting with a simple belief: transformation should create real value, not just presentations.

After two decades in global consulting and GBS/GCC leadership roles, I saw a recurring pattern—companies knew what they wanted to achieve, but struggled with how to get there. Strategies were clear on paper, but execution was chaotic. Teams were stretched. Priorities kept shifting. Impact was inconsistent.

I built Rodeme Consulting to bridge that gap.

My career has taken me across India, the US and Europe—working with Fortune 500 firms, fast-growing enterprises and private equity portfolio companies. I’ve led multi-country transformations, redesigned operating models, helped build world-class GCCs, and partnered with leadership teams through some of their most defining moments.

Along the way, I realised something important: Transformation is not about technology or templates. It’s about people, clarity and disciplined execution.
